- Background: The Ministry of Health of Timor-Leste comes to realize that in order to achieve their vision and mission, they are unable to work alone due to insufficient on human resources and budget. Therefore, the Ministry of Health has developes cooperation with AusAid and development partners through coordination mechanism. However the coordination mechanism is not maximally performed yet.
