- Research on disclosure of information through the AKSes Card aims to see clearly and openly in the monitoring of data ownership and the transfer of securities to provide legal protection in the effort to minimize the effects of abuse by parties who are not responsible. This research is descriptive and analytical, because this study describe a comprehensive and systematic way on legislation in the field of capital markets in minimizing misuse of costumers� securities, understanding this research approach is a normative legal research for this study based on library research secondary data in order to obtain legal and filed research as well as to complement the data obtained. The survey result revealed that cases of abuse by investor owned securities firm effects are frequent, according to Bapepam compliance directors and management of the effectof the provisions of legislation categorized as lowcapital market. So it is not directly lead to the domino effect that securities firms are behaving well and reduce the confidence of investor who feared to sluggish capital markets Indonesia. Use AKSes cards are expected to provide safety and comfort when every investor at regular intervals to check its ownership records are: balance, transfer and securities transfer instructions are stored in Sub account in KSEI and provide facilities to consolidate his ownership of data stored in multiple sub in a company�s securities account or custodian Bank is different this has been supported by the provisions of the regulations by Bapepam-LK.
