- The research about Breach Of Contract And Completion Of Car Lend- Lease Agreement In Marem Rental Banyumas Regency intent to know breach of contract forms and breach of contract completion in the implementation of Car Lend-Lease Agreement at the Marem Rental Banyumas Regency. This research is a juridical empirical legal study intent to get primary data based on the field research. The literature research to prop the field research. Data that obtained from this research will be analyzed qualitatively and arranged descriptively. The Lend-Leasing Agreement that occurring there are many breach of contract forms, namely as doesn�t do achievement absolutely, get achievement but not good or erroneous, get achievement but doesn�t in time, and does action that prohibited in agreement. In generally breach of contract completion forms mentioned above, are by the deliberation way earlier and not with appropriate jurisdictional procedural.
