- This research about �The regulation of Syariah Service Finance Cooperation in Legislation of Indonesian Cooperation Rule ( Study on �KOSPIN SYARIAH Karanganyar ) aims to determine how the regulation of Shariah Service Finance Cooperation in legislation of Indonesian Cooperation Rule, and how appropriate of Murabahah contract at KOSPIN SHARIAH Karanganyar with the provision instruction of National Shariah Board, Indonesian Counsil of Ulama. This research is emperical-normatif research, that is the first step studies about the rule that arrange Shariah Service Finance Cooperation with studying regulation of Cooperation as a Secondary data there are the primary law and secondary law, then studies about Murabahah Contract at KOSPIN SHARIAH Karanganyar as a source of primary data. The data was obtained were analyzed qualitatively. The result of this study, show that the institutional regulation and operational activities of Shariah Sirvice Finance Cooperation base only on regulation of The State Minister of Cooperation, Small and Medium Enterprise Number 91/Kep/M.KU KM/200 and Number 35.2/Per/M.KUKM/X/2007 but not by Goverment Regulation Number 4/1994, Number 17/1994 and Number 9/1995.While the Murabahah contract at KOSPIN SHARIAH Karanganyar is not appropriate to the provisions instructian of National Shariah Board, Indonesian Counsil of Ulama
