- The research was conducted at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX (Persero). This research purposes to identify the rate of production factor, production and productivity, identify factor influencing rubber productin and identify trend and growth rubber production at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX (Persero). Data was obtained from observation, recording, and interview at the company. Data used in monthly of rubber production, sum of labour, urea, TSP, KCL, sum of area, age of the tree and sum of rain. The result of analysis indicated that of rubber production, sum of labour, urea, TSP, KCL, sum of area, age of the tree and sum of rain influenced the rubber production. Rubber production trend indicated increasing at some of plantation and decreasing at different plantation.
