- This study aims to conduct an evaluation of the differentiation strategy for power division PT Guna Elektro. By taking into consideration internal and external aspects that influence the position and condition of the corporation as well as PT Guna Elektro and identify the potential strategicfit that will occur with the company in the future with this differentiation strategy. This study uses remote environmental analysis and environmental analysis of the industry with five forces Porter to analyze the external environment, internal analysis with SWOT analysis to analyze the internal environment, and strategic fit analysis between the corporation and PT Guna Elektro to identify possible competitive advantages to be gained . The results showed the differentiation strategy in power division in PT Guna Elektro has been regarded appropriate according with the alternative strategy as the result from mapping that obtained from the opportunities mapping and internal condition of the company that will support the company to perform concerntrate on growth strategy to be better focus on their industry, implement the strategy and decision making with the authority to create and run strategy, also create potential opportunity to increase their market share. Analysis of strategic fit also shows the chance appearance of a very good synergy between the interdivision in the company so as to assist corporations in maintaining or increasing its competitive advantage as a provider of quality value added reseller services and able compete.
