- Nowadays CSR activity that company do besides as participation to environment and society, it can be a strategy to ma ke a good opinion in society. If the firm want to run their business for long time and sustainable growth, besides they get target for profit they also must to concern about welfare of people, and actively contribute to preserve earth. Method that used for this research is regression that determine with two stage least square used Eview 4.1. Data collected from annual report that getting from Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). Population of this research is the firm from (BEI). This research uses 50 firms listed on the Indonesian stock exchange during 2009 and selected purposively.. Results indicate that CSR and ROA is simultaneously significant. This result indicate that ethical what firm do for stakeholder can make good effect reflect from ROA value. Whereas CSR and Total Asset, and CSR and ROE are not simultaneously significant.
