- PT. GMF 's is a company engaged in industrial maintenance and aircraft engine maintenance. For now GMF has added several new businesses which includes aircraft maintenance engineering services as well as provision of material services (asset management, component pooling, parts suppliers & brokerage), which also will become the company's main activity in the near future. This study aims to formulate a business strategy of PT. GMF 's business in developing maintenance and aircraft engine maintenance formulation which is based on the identification of external problems include economic, social, political and technological interest rates and public behavior of purchase and competitive conditions of service industry MRO (maintenance repair and overhaul). In this analysis obtained opportunities and threat industry developments that affect the MRO addition of external analysis, also conducted an internal analysis to gain strength and weakness. Based on the analysis of external and internal analysis was conducted EFE and IFE and SWOT. Based on the analysis we found that the external factors of opportunities and threats that affect the formulation of the strategy of PT. GMF AeroAsia. and.diverse.
