- School�s Productivity depends on how the management dealt with parent�s payment collection, and the process of the reconciliation itselves. By implementing Virtual Account system, Bank Danamon helps many school improve its productivity and not to mentioned expanding its market share in banking business competition. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is to explore the role of Virtual Account system in helping school�s management to improve its productivity through school�s payment reconciliation. In order to create an integrated reconciliation process which is faster, by minimizing human- error factor, school�s has to apply the system in its financial management process.
