- This study describes the results of the study design performance measurement system in PT Indomegah with Performance Prism model. During this time, the performance measurement system in PT Indomegah not represent the performance of the organization in a comprehensive and integrative. Therefore, the necessary re-design of performance measurement systems. From the objective condition of PT Indomegah, an appropriate model used is the Performance Prism model than other models. This method is done in two directions by considering what your needs and wants of all the stakeholders who will be the basis for the later weeks to compile KPI is weighted with AHP to determine the structure of hierarchy and subsequently carried out scoring with OMAX to know the actual score of the company. Value performance performance can be ascertained from the multiplication of weights and scores. The design shows that the stakeholders PT Indomegah include: consumer, employees, suppliers, owners / investors, and government. Performance measurement system contains 37 KPIs which covers 7 customer KPI 12, KPI for the employee, 6 KPI investors, 6 KPI suppliers, and 6 KPI government which is divided into three criteria: Strategy, Process, and Capability. From the results of the implementation of performance measurement system with the scoring system using the method OMAX show current value performance indicators had been achieved by PT Indomegah amounted to 7.399. The measurement results become the basis for management to evaluate and determine the improvement work plan so that expectations of all stakeholders can be met.
