- Previous studies have shown several factors influencing company stock prices. However, the results are various among the researchers. Therefore, it is important to examine further this issue, especially when different dataset and research period is employed. The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of financial performance on manufacture industry stock price listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) 2008-2010 periods. In particular, this research explores whether the company�s Price Earnings Ratio (PER), Price to Book Value (PBV), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning per Share (EPS) and Return on Earning (ROE) have significant effect on their stock prices. The sample includes 52 listed companies from the manufacturing sector. A multivariate regression based on the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method is used in this research. The result shows that PER and EPS have significant effect on company stock prices while PBV, DER and ROE does not have significant effect. Research result can give the manufacture industry management an information that management needs to work hard in order to increase their abilities to produce earning and profit since they will have significant influence on stock price.
