Those that are classified into HNWIs come from many professions, including business people. The business is nor resistant against its environment and may experience the ups and down. Downturn of business is the basic financial problem that the client, Mrs. Hen, faces. This problem has reduced clients surplus. First, author would like to investigate and interpret the clients profile, that includes the risk profile, financial data, financial objectives and constraints. The second objective is analyzing and evaluating clients current wealth portfolio. Recommendation and implementation plan provided to maximize the clients wealth based on the clients profile so that the declining cash inflow problem can be solved. From the data as well as the interviews collected, there are three clients financial weaknesses that the author tried to solve: diversification, not yet utilized clients risk tolerance in the current investment, and declining business. From the three alternatives proposed to the client, the first alternative is chosen because alternative 1 has the best performance based on coefficient of variation and sharpe ratio as well as the highest net worth growth, client prefers to concentrate to her business this year so that the business options can be implemented in the following year, and gold investment, which is clients most favorite investment, is highest in term of cash value on alternative 1. By implementing alternative 1, the return of client wealth portfolio increases to 14.67% and risk declined to 4.63%. Surplus increases to Rp388,505,000 and net worth increase to Rp 14,528,227,133. The alternative portfolios proposed to the client have solved the first two alternatives but not yet the third weakness. Therefore the declined business is also being analyzed in order to provide business recommendation for the client. The recommendations are forming marketing division, asking professional interior designer assistance, and change the business into Perseroan Terbatas (PT) form.
