- Balanced Scorecards has been widely known as a performance measurement system that not only focuses on financial aspect of a company, but also on non-financial aspects such as customer, internal processes, learning and growth. Recently, the concept of Balanced Scorecard also transformed into a strategic management system that can help company to formulate the strategy based on the company's vision and mission, deploy it into the entire parts of company as key performance indicator (KPIs), and then measure them. This thesis is a case study conducted in a company engaged in the provider of information technology based business solutions. In this case study, reviews are carried out on the strategic processes associated with implementing the Balanced Scorecard in this company. The reviews were conducted on the important aspects of company that can influence the Balanced Scorecard process as a strategic management system. The results of this study indicate that the company has been in the right direction in implementing the Balanced Scorecard as a strategic development tool. The company has already applied appropriate programs for supporting strategic processes in accordance with the concept of the Balanced Scorecard as a strategic management system.
