- The objective of this study is to analyze: the influence of competency variable to performance variable with transformational leadership and organizational justice (distributive justice) as moderating variable. Involving competency only is not sufficient to produce the optimum competency, therefore others moderating variable is required. In this study the author distributed questionnaires to 60 employees of VICO Indonesia located at operation which is East Kalimantan. Questionnaires distributed to obtain their perception on transformational leadership ant distributive justice in VICO Indonesia. Sampling method that author used is purposive sampling that addressed to respondent who have certain characteristics which is have competency data and working at operations in East Kalimantan. From 60 questionnaires distributed, 100% returned. The simple regression analysis test conducted to test the effect of competency on performance. The results showed that the competency had significant influence on the employees performance in VICO Indonesia. Meanwhile to test the influence of transformational leadership and distributive justice as moderating variables that effect the influence of the competency to performance by using multiple regression linier. From the linier regression analysis result obtained the conclusion that both transformational leadership and distributive justice as moderating variable have no effect in influencing on competency to performance. In this study discovered a new fact that transformational leadership and distributive justice not always giving effect in influencing competency to performance.
