- Data is a valuable asset that must be properly treated and processed so that it can produce accurate and useful information for the organization. This study aims to evaluate the performance of data management at the Population Administration Information System (SIAK) in the Department of Population and Civil Bima so the result is expected to be used as repair materials for data management processes that have been running for this. This study uses data from responses to questionnaires that were adopted from Maturity Model that COBIT is used as stated in the answer of the question considering the maturity of the six attributes of Awareness & Communication (AC), Policies, Standards & Procedures (PSP), Tools & Automation (TA) , Skills & Expertise (SE), Responsibility & Accountability (RA), and Goal Setting & Measurement (GSM). The results showed that the level of maturity of data management processes are at level 2 or in position Repeatable but Intuitive. Trust in individuals is so high that often goes wrong.
