- Ways to improve the development of industry one of them is with understanding the performance of a technology. Technology performance can be analyzed by measuring the level of industrial technology components. One of the tools that can be used is by using metrics developed by UNESCAP, where the technology can be seen from the four basic components: technoware, humanware, infoware, and orgaware. Each will component contributes to the manufacturing industry. This study develops a measuring tool of technology component and applying it to the website, as well as evaluating the technology performance and product quality on the batik industry in Yogyakarta. In developing the measuring tool of technology component, used technometric method which was then applied to a website to expand access and ease to use. Evaluation of technology performance is done by using measuring devices have been developed, while product quality by Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method, which maps the priority consumers desire to improve market performance. The object of this study conducted in Yogyakarta batik industry. Based on research results, evaluation of technology performance of existing technology in the batik industry in Yogyakarta is still traditional in nature and be in the category of "fair" with a value of 0.47 and the contribution of technology intensity contribution levels from highest to lowest consecutive
