Absenteeism often occurs in workers at risk to hazards in the workplace. The consequency of industrial development requires female workers take part in the implementation process due to the demands of the company that operation the achievement of production targets for 24 hours as work increasingly complex health problems. The process of implementation of the work in the workplace and the application of shift work can lead to complaints and symptoms are at risk of fatigue due to lack of time off of work at home workers who can indirectly lead to absenteeism and one of the factors causing the occurrence of occupational accidents. The research objective is to determine and analyze the relationship between shift work and fatigue of work with the absenteeism, difference in absenteeism between shifts work (morning, afternoon and evening) and fatigue of work with absenteeism at women wokers in the Production Section of PT. X Yogyakarta. This research is observational analytic study is a cross sectional design. Location of research conducted at PT. X Yogyakarta. Study subjects were 127 women workers. Analysis of data use multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between shift work and fatigue of work with absenteeism, differences in absenteeism between shifts work (morning, afternoon and evening) and relationship between fatigue of work with absenteeism at women wokers in the Production Section of PT. X Yogyakarta. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between shift work and fatigue of work with absenteeism, significant differences in absenteeism between shifts work (morning, afternoon and evening) and a significant relationship between fatigue of work with absenteeism at women wokers in the Production Section of PT. X Yogyakarta.
