- Background: Competition in the globalization era requires hospitals to continously increase quality and quantity of health service. Therefore, hospitals need support from professional human resources through performance relevant with community expectation. Standard nutrition care process is a new model of nutrition care. In their job description dietitians at Hasan Sadikin Hospital have duties of services and other duties. Efficiency in human resources is associated with work activities and time needed to accomplish duties. Observation of staff through assessment of time needed to finish the job is often used to analyze workload. With this method a standard could be used as a guide for staff and managers to assess the work. Objective: The study aimed to identify analysis workload and performance of dietitians in undertaking NCP at inpatient ward of Hasan Sadikin Hospital Bandung. Method: This study is a descriptive study, which is a method of research conducted with the primary purpose of making a description of a situation objectively Result: Dietitians at Hasan Sadikin Hospital had average workload as much as 32.2%
