As part of hospital, pharmacy installation having role and important function in a kick qualified health care utilities to getting optimal degree of health for each citizen. This research want to know what are the service quality in Pharmacy Installation RSUD Yogyakarta and Pharmacy Installation RSUD Sleman be satisfied of customer, any factors affecting customer satisfaction. This research indicates that service quality Pharmacy Installation RSUD Yogyakarta and Pharmacy Installation RSUD Sleman in capable of customer. Factor affecting service quality in common by patient RSUD Yogyakarta is tangibles, responsiveness and emphaty dimension. Factor affecting service quality in common by nurse RSUD Yogyakarta is reability, responsiveness and emphaty dimension.
