- Food security is composed of subsystems, the availability, distribution and consumption, when one subsystem is not functioning properly there will be a problem of food insecurity. Food Security and Vulnerability Maps (Food Security and Vulnerability Atlas) refers to several related issues of food insecurity indicators, to know the location of the food insecurity and devised a plan for tackling the problem of food security programmes. The purpose of this research are: 1) describes the distribution of food security and vulnerability of Kebumen Regency from the aspect of food availability, access to food and livelihood aspects, and aspects of the utilization of food
