- Cluster analysis is a multivmate technique that aims to group objects based on characteristics they have. Objects that Me in one cluster have the same relative properties (homogeneous)of the objects that Me in different clusters. Fuzzy subtractive clustering algorithm (FSC) is one of the algorithms Me simple and oftenuse in engineering and grouping of data for making an estimate of an efficient and does not requITemany pMameters. FSC algorithm has a good ability to find clusters because considering all the dimensions that vave a data. In this tesis the outhors implement the FSC method as one of the algorithm to classify data klusterisasi students MAN Tanjung Morawa Deli Serdang, North Sumatra based on achievement scors of Mathematics and sciences (physics, Chemistry and Biology) subjects. This study also looked at the success rate of theachers in these subjects in ~ving lessons in Tanjung Morawa MAN based on student achievementscores obtained. Applications of Fuzzy Subtractive Clustering algorithm (FSC) in the grouping of student based on achievement scores of Mathematics and Sciences (physics, Chemistry and Biology) subjects at Tanjung Morawa MAN student data at 36 samples tested in this study showedthat the clusters Meformed most valuable medium (70-79).
