- Jababeka Industrial Estate as a potential co-development of independent city as a generation and attraction trip of people and / or goods with a high mobility rate on the types of vehicles especially motorcycles. The rapid growth in this region after a marked increases in the building - a new industrial buildings along the Jababeka Industrial Estate. Needs of the community mobilization may require transportation facilities and infrastructure transport modes that can be used as mass transport and a road network. The decrease in the level of service road networks, among others in the show with a reduction in vehicle operating speeds, congestion on trip attraction areas i.e on Jababeka Industrial Estate. Therefor it needs a policy which will come that can provide enhanced network performance on Jababeka Industrial Estate. This study will look at the conditions posed by Jababeka Industrial Estate and that without due Jababeka area with a benchmark average service level C, V/C ratio average of 0.49 and an average speed of 33.3 km/hours.
