- This study aims to analyze the influence of budgetary targets for more effective performance of the preparation of RKAT and RKAT , empirical studies for the compilers of the budget in the Faculty of Medicine. Researches conducted the study with descriptive methods, data collection surveys with questionnaires and interviews. The dependent variable was the target of budgeting and the dependent variable is the effectiveness of performance. The population was employee of the Budget Committee and the Faculty of Medicine. Samples were taken with a purposive sampling of respondents are in executive leadership and Budget Committee and the Faculty of Medicine. The results showed that the goal of budgeting is not a positive effect on performance effectiveness. This can be seen from the results of regression analysis obtained count is smaller than t tables and significance greater than �=0.05. Thus the budgetary targets have not been performing well in the preparation of RKT and RKAT.
