- The aims of this research are to find out and to examine the right practice of uncertified land as credit surety in Sindang Binaharta Bank, Lubuk Linggau city, and to find out and to examine the steps if the debtor is ignorant of uncertified land right as credit surety in Sindang Binaharta bank, Lubuk Linggau city. The thesis arrangement applies empirical research, which emphasizes the field research to find out the primary data obtained from field directly through using data collecting technique as interview and supported by secondary data from literature research. Therefore, the data analyzed qualitatively and formed in descriptive research finding report. Based on the research, it�s obtained the results: (1) the right practice of uncertified land as credit surety in Sindang Binaharta bank, Lubuk Linggau City carried out through two ways: without land registering (certification) and by registering the land (certification)
