- The thesis study on �The Implementation Of ASKES PNS Medicine Supply Agreement Between Ruri Dispensary With PT. ASKES (Persero) Branch Of Surakarta� aims to obtain an insight on the implementation of Public Officer�s medicine supply agreement, to know the forms of non-performance and also to know each parties� responsibilities on the loss-incurring non-performances. This study is a juridic empirical study, that is a study based on literature supported with empirical research referring on field research to obtain primary data. Literature study is conducted on documentary study, and also field study through interwiews with source persons. The data then qualitatively analyzed using descriptive method and the targetted results of this study are in form of descriptive analysis. Based on the analysis, then there can be concluded that the implementation of ASKES PNS Medicine Supply Agreement Between Ruri Dispensary With PT. ASKES (Persero) Branch Of Surakarta has not performed such expected, the rights and responsibilities of each party were partially applied so that there several responsibilities were non-performed on which incurring non-performance. Nonperformance can be committed by both parties. Non-performance committed by PT. ASKES was in holding the performance but ill-timed performance in providing DPHO (Daftar Plafon Harga Obat) to Ruri Dispensary, then the responsibility assumed by PT. ASKES will be immediately inform the DPHO with other prevailing requirements to be the physician�s reference in medical prescribing for ASKES PNS patients and the non-performance committed by Ruri Dispensary was holding the performance but ill-timed on the new products availability for first three months on the new DPHO application so that the responsibility assumed by Ruri Dispensary will to inform the non-available products to the physician and try to prepare the non-available products supply to other dispensaries.
