- This research discus about the implementation and completing of default on murabah (purchase and sale) agreement at PT. BPR Syariah Tanggamus Lampung. It aims to find out the implementation of murabah agreement, causal factors occurring default for implementation of murabah and to find out the completing default in presenting murabah agreement costing at PT. BPR Syariah Tanggamus. This research is empirical juridical that is research based on field research to gather primary data, in term of more emphasizing the real data happened in field then completed by literature data by doing literature research. The obtained results are: PT. BPR Syariah Tanggamus should follow the Fatwa Dewan syariah nasional.The causal factor or debtor default at PT. BPR Syariah Tanggamus consist of internal factor from bank itself as uncarefulness of officer in assessing debtor and inaccurately costing analysis aspect conducted by officer. While external factor from debtor as debtor passed away, accident causing permanently physical defect and external factor from environment as natural disaster, season and weather obstacle causing default at PT. BPR Syariah Tanggamus. Against debtor who defaults, PT. BPR Syariah Tanggamus is more prioritize discussion principle to achieve agreement in completing debtor obligation to settle the debt. PT. BPR Syariah Tanggamus never take over unilaterally debtor�s collateral good, except for one case of default where over written agreement from debtor, bank sell the collateral good publicly, transparent, fairly based on applied cost at that time.
