- This study aims to analyze the influence of Human Development Index, government expenditure for public, government expenditure on National Programme for People Empowerment, and the unemployment level on poverty level in Coordinating Body regions of three Central Java Province Central Java Province, 2007-2009, through a panel data model. The findings of this study are the Human Development Index, government expenditure for public (public expenditure), regional domestic product of agriculture sector and regional domestic product of non agriculture sector in Coordinating Body regions of three Central Java Province are not significantly affect on Poverty level, but together with The unemployment level and government expenditure on National Programme for People Empowerment they influence on poverty level. The unemployment level and government expenditure on National Programme for People Empowerment have a significant effect on poverty level.
