- This research obejctives was to examine the degree of farmers� participation in the brick-land reclamation program by two farmer groups who obtain and not obtain the government� incentive and its influencing factors. This research was carried out in two hamlets of Karangploso and Mojosari of Sitimulyo village in Piyungan Sub-district as the brick-land reclamation program area. The total number respondent was 100 farmers who represent those two groups. The respondent was interviewed using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using analysis of variances (Anova) and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research shows that the degree of farmers� participation who obtain the incentives from government was higher than those who not obtain. The farmer� participation was significantly influenced by incentives, motivation, knowledge and extension worker roles.
