Distribution of Inheritance in Traditional society in Pangean Kuantan Singingi
Riau purposes to determine the implementation of inheritance in Pangean
Traditional society the role of traditional leaders and religious figures in the
implementation of inheritance in Pangean, and the existence of Compilation of
Islamic Law to the distribution of inheritance in Traditional society in Pangean.
This research is an empirical legal research, ie the research that focuses on
the data field research in order to obtain primary data. While the secondary data
obtained through library research. Sampling was done by using Probably
sampling, that every individual has the possibility to be selected as a sample by
random sampling with subjects taken by 100 respondents and thirteen informants.
Data analysis techniques used in this study is a qualitative analysis with a
descriptive analytical method.
The research shows that: the first, the implementation of the distribution of
