- <p>Aggressive periodontitis is a periodontal disease that characterized by attachment loss and bone destruction quickly, it causes tooth loss. Dominant bacteria caused periodontal disease is P.gingivalis that associated with increasing production of IgA. IgA levels can be used as early parameter of infections of periodontal disease. The purpose of this study was to determine salivary secretory imonoglobulin A levels in saliva of aggressive periodontitis rats after induce of P. gingivalis ATCC 33277. Methods: This study used male wistar rats samples and was divided into two groups. Group I is the control or without treatment
