Daftar Isi:
- Research in zooplakton vertical distribution executed at Latawe sea (North Muna) Sub-Province, South-East Sulawesi with aim to observe and studies vertical distribution pattern of zooplankton periodically with time interval 6 hoir in five depths. This research executed in mid July up to mid by August 2008. Location specified by 1 station and sampling in 4 time consisted of by 5 depth with 4 times restating each depth. Statistical analysis will be applied is variance analysis continued with Duncan test to know variance and abudance difference of species in community, and variance index of Simpson to determine level of zooplanktonvariance. Doubled regression analysis applied to know environmental physic-chemical parameters influence to abundance and variance of zooplankton species.Result of diversity index analysis shows zooplankton diversity in Latawe sea is very height with index value 0,95. Further, result of analysis with varians two way analysis test shows physic-chemical parameters collectively influences zooplankton species density, while variance of species statistically is not influence by physico-chemical parameters water territory. Result of doubled regression analysis between abundance components and variance of species to physic-chemical parameters water territoryshows, physic-chemical parameters collectively gives big contribution to abudance of zooplankton species, while variance of species doesn’t have relationship that signifikan with physic-chemical parameters. Key words : abundance, diversity, dominace, vertical distribution
