- The research objectives of the Settlement Financing Problems in Mudharabah contract at PT. Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah Bangun Drajat Warga in Yogyakarta conducted to determine: 1) How Settlement Financing Problems in Mudharabah contract at PT. Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah Bangun Drajat Warga, 2) factors that inhibit the Settlement Financing Problems in Mudharabah contract at PT. Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah Bangun Drajat Warga. This research method is an empirical study of juridical research to obtain primary data through interviews with resource persons and volunteers, to support the primary data do library research to obtain data secunder, the data obtained and analyzed qualitatively and descriptively made peneltian results. The results may have been suggested that 1). Settlement Financing Problems in Mudarabah financing contract at PT. bank Pembiayan Rakyat Syariah Bangun Drajat Warga Residents prefer the settlement of the disputes of default by the Council although eventually make the sale of goods by auction the collateral auctions under the hand, then with a new restructuring agreement if the business can still be maintained. 2) Factors that hinder the completion of the Financing Problems Akad Mudharabah at PT. Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah Bangun Drajat is the difficulty of determining and finding buyers in accordance with the wishes of both sides so that no party feels aggrieved in any case other than that financing problems takes a long time in its completion.
