- Purpose of wanpretation on motor vihicle leasing agrement research at PT. Bintang Mandiri Finance is want to know factor what is make lessor wanpretation on leasing agrement and also the way of solving wanpretation on leasing agrement at PT. Bintang Mandiri Finance. This research has been use yuridic empiric research and yuridic normatif research has been used too to complete this research. This research was done to find factors in field how is related with fundamental of law other, and also to evaluate the problems from face of regulation and than data of research has been analysed with qualitatif analysed has correct to descreption. Research has been done through library research. From this research, we knows (1) lessor makes wanpretation because object of leasing is lose, object of leasing is transfer to other side, and also bad situation of lessor finance. (2) They way of payment company to finish wanpretation is sent notice to lessor, first somasi, second somasi. In case somasi from payment company not get better by lessor so payment company will take lessor motor vihicle and than lessor will give opportunity to lessee to finish their necessary. In case lessee do not finish necessary until when they must finish their necessary, payment company will sale that motor vihicle use auction.
