- Research on the management of fixed assets (land and buildings) at a local Government District of South Central Timor, research done by analyzing the perception of the asset management area of the apparatus, the top level, mid-level and lower level of the regulations. In analyzing the analyze tool used is using SPSS Kruskal Walles. Subsequent research was to analyze alternative systems management activities remain assets (land and buildings) in Central Timor Regency. Method of Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) with the calculation of Ms Excel. The result is not the case the difference between the third level perception asset manager local government so that it is recommended that local governments can increase the capacity of managers at each level and using special devices in the management of assets. In the analysis of AHP obtained an alternative suggested activities to local authorities to serve as a priority activity in the area of asset management in existing performance management effort. On the management of land and buildings need to improve the working mechanism/procedure performance especially on the activities of the administering assets.
