- Employment Management Information System (SIMPEG) is finally aimed to produce information needed in decision making or automation in supporting management work in staffing field. SIMPEG has been founded since1998 in Bengkulu, but it has not satisfied the clients related to SIMPEG�s ability in giving data and information for accomplishing staffing work. Therefore, it is necessary to do an analysis of failures in the implementation of Employment Management Information System in Badan Kepegawaian Daerah, Bengkulu. The research uses qualitative research method
