- This study aims to (1) analyze the influence of factors working capital, the intensity of fishing, length of nets, fishing experience, loans, and tin mining in the sea of fishermen production in the mining site (kelurahan Toboali) and fishermen without mining site (kelurahan Tanjung Ketapang) Kecamatan Toboali Bangka Selatan Regency (2) analyze the net income of fishermen per month, and (3) analyze the influence of production on net income of fishermen. The study was conducted in the kecamatan Toboali using data collected from a sample of 26 fishermen in the kelurahan Toboali and 29 fishermen in the kelurahan Tanjung Ketapang. Analysis tool used is multiple regression, production function, revenue function, two different test averages, and simple regression. The results of regression analysis showed that the factor of working capital, the intensity of fishing, length of nets, and the loan dummy factor has positive and significant impact fishers production. As for mining dummy variable is negative and significant effect on the production of fishing. Simultaneously, all independent variables entered into the model has positive and significant impact fishers production. Based on the results of calculations show that the fishermen revenue in kelurahan Tanjung Ketapang is greater than the revenue of fishermen in kelurahan Toboali. The results of calculation of costs shows that the fihsermen in Toboali have greater cost than the fishermen in kelurahan Tanjung Ketapang. The results of calculation of net income indicates that the fishermen in kelurahan Tanjung Ketapang have net income greater than the fishermen in kelurahan Toboali. Based on the results of two different test to the average net income of fishermen in mind that statistically, net income of the fishermen in kelurahan Tanjung Ketapang greater than the net income of fishermen in kelurahan Toboali. Based on the results of regression analysis of production on net income of fishermen, it is known that the production has positive and significant impact on net income of fishermen. The results of this study suggest several things, among others (1) mining in the sea should be stopped immediately, (2) need to be built SPDN on fishermen site (3) needs to be established fishing cooperatives.
