- This research done to know how realization National Program for community Empowerment (Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PNPM)) Mandiri Perdesaan) and implication to Regional Resilience. This research is survey research and descriptive character. Population of this research is Pancatengah sub District society in Tasikmalaya Regence as consumer this program. Technique sample with purposive sampling method is 55 people of society who has taken from 11 of village in the Pancatengah Subdistrict. Collecting data done with observation, questionnaire, interview and the book study. Processing and analysis data by quantitatively combined with qualitative data. The realization PNPM Mandiri in Pancatengah Subdistrict well carried out. Every mechanism of activity agree with certainty and instruktion of operation. The result of PNPM Mandiri form : a) Infastructure aspect, was build street with long 128.206 m, 5 units of bridge, irigation canal with long 2.146 m, and dyke with long 1.052 m
