- This study aims to investigate and obtain empirical evidence regarding the success of the use of Enterprise Resource Planning system in PT. Pertamina (Persero). Tests using the model of DeLone and McLean have been modified. DeLone and McLean's model is a model of successful information technology system that is based on the process and the causal relationship of these dimensions in the model. These dimensions include systems quality, information quality, service quality, user satisfaction and individual impact. Modifications done by adding a task technology fit variables in the model DeLone and McLean. The method used is a quantitative method that is by distributing questionnaires to employees of Pertamina which directly use the ERP system in order to complete the task in the job. Based on data obtained from 81 respondents, then the data processed using assistance program SmartPLS versi 2.0. This is done as a tool to test hypotheses in the study. The results of this study is a information system success model DeLone and McLean that have been modified completely empirically proven in the successful use of Enterprise Resource Planning system in PT. Pertamina (Persero).
