- Background The control of dengue haemorrhagic fever (DHF) is a priority program of WHO as well as in Indonesia. The eradication of DHF mosquito breeding place is most efficient way to minimize DHF and must carried out continuously involving all components of the community starting from the smallest community that is family. Januari 2010 DHF outbreak in city of Palangka Raya showed that prevention effort to minimize DHF undertaken by Government of Palangka Raya and its community still doesn�t meet its expectation.
