- Provision of contraceptives done manually so it is not effective due to the high subjectivity of workers and complexity required assessment criteria. The problem that arises is how to help decision makers to improve the effectiveness of decision making in the determination for prioritization of contraceptives aid for family planning acceptor in Klaten Regency. Families are grouped into five stages, namely: Pre-Prosperous, Prosperous I, Prosperous II, Prosperous III and Prosperous III Plus. Contraceptives aid given to fertilize couples from Pre- Prosperous and Prosperous I families. The model used is the weighted model. External data consists of demographic data, stage of family welfare, family members and support period data. Internal data consists of area data, stages of family welfare criteria, the criteria for granting aid contraceptives. Determination of levels of family stages using valuation models to eat, clothes, roof, floors, walls, the purpose of medical treatment, family planning purposes, school children, worship, eating meat, new clothes, the floor area for each family member, illness of 3 months, the number of family members who has income, the ability of family members aged 10-50 years to read and write Latin letters, fertilize couples use contraceptives, the increase of religion, the type of savings, communication, social activities, information sources, donations and board. Determination of contraceptive aid recipient using valuation models aseptor age, education level, number of children and age of youngest child. Decision support system that was built successfully determine the level of family stages and the priority of contraceptives aid recipient and increase the effectiveness of decision-makers in determining the level of family stages and the priority of contraceptives aid recipient.
