- The purpose of this research is to analyze Fair Market Value of the stock price of PT. Bakrie Sumatra Plantations Tbk. after the acquisition group of company PT. Dombamas specialist in business oleo chemical. Methodological approach used in this research are Income Approach, and method use in this research is Discounted Cash Flow base on Free Cash Flow to Firm. This research uses 5 year data from Company Financial Report 2005-2010 audited by accountant Public and quarterly financial report on 31 March 2011. We analyze data to determine the company performance from the past as foundation to generate financial projection for the next five years and to find the level of perpetuity. With the Valuation Model base on the stream of free cash flow according with consistence assumption, the conclusion of The Fair Market Value of PT. Bakrie Sumatra Plantations Tbk. On 31 March 2011 is Rp 7.333.389.000.000,- (seven quintillion three hundred thirty three billion three hundred eighty nine million rupiahs), with Fair Market Value of stock market price is Rp550,- (five hundred and fifty rupiahs) per share.
