  • Health Department of Yogyakarta determines that phenomenon of hepatitis A in Yogyakarta as an extraordinary case. This is because of the epidemic of hepatitis A becomes fast and increase incisively. Hepatitis A is a disease caused by a virus of hepatitis A. College students is a group have highest risk exposed this disease. Most of the college students of Yogyakarta, live in the dormitory or in a boarding house in campus area, so if there is a student has been exposed hepatitis A, others students have the same risk to be exposed this disease. The objective of this research is to know whether the method of the training of â��saya sehat, semua sehatâ�� is effective increasing awareness and health behaviors for the college students with the effort to decrease the risk of hepatitis A. The subject of the research are twenty students. The criteria are the students who often buy food in street foodstall. The subject are the students who live in the dormitory or in a boarding house and willing to follow the training by fullfil willingness form, and the students will follow the training four session. This research uses pretest and posttest control group design. The data will be analized using anava mixed design. The intervention of this research is training of â��saya sehat, semua sehat â��. The result of this research shows that the training of â�� saya sehat, semua sehat â��, be able to increase awaraness and health behaviors for the college students against hepatitis A. The increase significantly happened in experiment group. The awareness of the college students againts hepatitis A increases 57,7 % and the health behavior of the students againts hepatitis A increases 38,8 %.
