  • The objective of this research is to determine the influence of leadership and organizational culture of innovative behavior of employees, especially in RSU UKI Cawang Jakarta Timur. In general, hypotheses in this research mention that the leadership and organization culture simultaneously positive influence on innovative behavior of employees. Data collection in this research was conducted using the questionnaire with the aim of the sampling technique of purposive sampling. The criterion used is the management level. Respondent in this research are 120 employees at the executive level at RSU UKI Cawang Jakarta Timur. On preliminary test, the result of validity test from organization culture questionnaires as measurement equipment in this research indicates that only one statement is not valid and not included in this research from totally 28 statement. In the other hand, from the reliability test, the value of Cronbach`s Alpha near one, that is ranged from 0,916 â�� 0,951. Here in after, from the data analysis by using 114 competent questionnaires, the result of multiple regression indicates that leadership style and organization culture positively influence employees innovative behavior in together. Partially, leadership is not a positive influence on innovative behavior of employees. This means that the leadership style in RSU UKI Cawang Jakarta Timur today do not have an influence on innovative behavior of employees. Partially, organizational culture is a significant positive influence of innovative behavior of employees at RSU UKI Cawang Jakarta Timur. This means that the organizational culture conducive to the better and will improve the innovative behavior of employees and conversely. Thus for the future leadership needs to be developed in synergy with the organization culture that significantly influence the innovative behavior of employees.
