  • The needs of information is getting bigger and bigger, the Internet makes all information is accessible and makes it spreads faster and wider. Computer store, like all other business, open themselves on the Internet. People uses their sites to get information about the products they offer. But the problem was how to get all of the information from all of the computer sites to one place so that people can search all of them once and compared one product to another from different sites, emulate the conventional computer expo. Jogjamarketplace.com is created to accommodate that need. Itâ��s gives people the one stop point where people can search all products and the potential of buying the products that enlisted on the site. To develop the web portal, the software design pattern approach is used. This approach is suitable because a lot of similar e-marketplace exist on the Internet. This approach have many advantages, such as: the rapid development process, minimizing the potential of refactoring, reduce the complexity on system software development and provide good documentation. The approach uses careful examination on the existing web portal then mining the user interface design pattern. The result from the mining process then implemented to a web portal using Drupal CMS.
