  • The promotion of teacher through the assessment of credit figure (number) which proposed by the teacher self. It is determined by the qualified loons number and the obtained DP3 values. If the teacher wants to promote herself to get the higher level, She/he must have the good grade (value, mark). The teacherâ��s violations can influence DP3 grade (value, mark) that she/he gets. Both of the same assessment and the treatment in the decision support system are used to prevent the subjectivity assessment for the teacher who does the violations in one district. The qualitative and quantitative methods are used in this system to promote the teacherâ��s position. The qualitative method is used to evaluate teacherâ��s violations and the quantitative method is used to assess teacherâ��s credit point. The result of the process is a maximum deferment in one year for the teacher who performs the certain violation. In addition, if teacher does not do the violations, she/he can promote herself to the higher level.
