- The position needs a home as one of the three basic human needs is not another because homes are basic, fundamental and also become a prerequisite for everyone to survive and enjoy life a dignified, peaceful, safe and comfortable. Population growth implies an increased need for housing. Taking into account the number of poor people and people with low levels of welfare, then it requires availability of a simple dwelling in accordance with the purchasing power of society and also consider the feasibility of building a house infunction. Simple Healthy House Construction (RsS-1) is an effort to respond to the demand for avaibility of homes ready for habitation in accordance with the purchasing power of the community. But on the other side of the house habitable feasibility into something questionable. This is because during these public reference in determining the choise of residence only look at the location, price, and exterior building design, without considering other things which in fact greatly affect the feasibility of building the house habitable.Therefore this study aims to evaluate the feasibility of habitation House Healthy Simple (RSS-1) with a focus on space-residential space includes a comfortable space in which motion, air condition, and lighting, within architectural approach and applicable government regulations. The required data in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires on the object of research and secondary data obtained through a literature study in architecture books and government regulations on housing. The subject of research is a type of residential space suitability, feasibility area for person in square meters, the feasibility of residential living space, and the feasibility of lighting and air conditions building house. Through comparative analysis of strategy or analitycal comparison, the results of the study found that not all houses have been renovated to have a habitable condition, although there has been an increase in the condition of eligibility starting in the early purchase of the home while still in the original building until the present time when the building was renovated.
