- This study investigates the mediating effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on the relationship between subjective norm, facilitating conditions and self-efficacy, and also the effect of those perceived on internet banking intention to use. Data were collected using a quesstionaire survey. The data based on survey from 350 respondents who have account at the bank in DIY areas. This study reveals that perceived usefulness mediate the positif effect of subjective norm and facilitating conditions on internet banking intention to use. While, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use mediate the positif effect of self-efficacy. This study also reveals that perceived ease of use have negative effect on internet banking intention to use. The result suggests that management should know what about are supporting and retarding on internet banking intention to use, so management has to improve and manage what kind of internet banking that customizing so that management can obtaine their customers and compete with their rivals. Furthermore, theoritically, empirical evidence show that mediating effect of perceived usefulness on internet banking intention to use more dominant than mediating effect of perceived ease of use.
