- The purpose of this research is to analyze and evaluate competitive strategy of CV. Surya Utama Abadi in ground handling services especially in ground support equipment. Qualitative Analysis method is being used on this research based on sales turnover and growth achievement. SWOT Analysis is also being used to evaluate the strategy by finding strength, weakness, opportunity and threat factor. The critical/most important factor and the relevancy to company�s future are identified by Key Success Factor Analysis. This research concludes that CV. Surya Utama Abadi�s competitive strategy is relevant to the competitive industry and environment change
