  • Currently competition condition on telecommunication industry become narrow, corporate market become a promising niche market to enter. Corporate solution service (business solution) XL emerge to fullfil the needs of telecommunication service for corporate market in Indonesia telecommunication industry. This research title is PT Excelcomindo Pratama Strategy Analysis on Corporate market in Indonesia Telecommunication Industry objective to find out and evaluate if the strategy XL used comply to compete in corporate market. Data gathering for this research by study at PT Excelcomindo Pratama. The analysis method is using qualitative method by considering external environment factors such as industry charateristic, competitive environment, driving forces, key success factor and internal environment analysis. From those analysis can be identify that will be used in SWOT analysis for knowing XL to reach opportunities, notice the threats facing on front, strengthen internal company strengths, fixing internal company weakness to compete in corporate market. From the research result shows that opportunity and strength aspects much stronger compare threat and weakness aspects. Though XL still must fix several weakness internally and guarding by strengthen from external threats from time being. Current strategy direction still considered focus to retail market so need to formulize an alternative strategy offered to XL for compete in corporate market in Indonesia telecommunication industry.
