- This research is aimed to analyze strategic of ATM location decision at Pecenongan Branch for ATM usages a month, so it can provide input to BNI Pecenongan Branch how to using strategic location decision for ATM placement, so it can maximizing ATM usage more than 3.000 transactions a month. Analyzing tools were used in this research are quantitative analysis using Factor Rating Method, Break-Even Analysis, and descriptive analysis using SWOT. The result of research compared between ATM BNI usages on Pecenongan Branch in 2008 with the result of factor rating method analysis. There are for ATM location with result more strategic shown usage � 3.000 transactions a month are ATM�s on location Kantor Cabang Utama Pecenongan, Kantor Layanan Krekot, Lokasari, Plaza Gajah Mada, Galeria Pasar Baru, Biro Pusat Statistik, Dir. Anggaran Ged. L, Dir. Layanan Ged. A and Kantor Layanan Departemen Agama. For location with result enough startegic shown usage � 3.000 transactions a month there are ATM�s on location Kantor Layanan Departemen Keuangan Ged. D, Kantor Layanan Pasar Baru 1 and Kantor Layanan Pasar Baru 2. And for location with the result enough startegic and less strategic shown ATM usage less than 3.000 transactions a month thera are ATM�s on location Harco Pasar Baru, Kantor Layanan Sawah Besar, Metro Atom Pasar Baru, Pos Besar and Juanda Station. Based on the result using break even analysis was knew that there are few ATM with less total cost but can gave ATM usage higher such as ATM�s on location Kantor Cabang Utama Pecenongan, Kantor Layanan Departemen Keuangan Ged. D, Kantor Layanan Krekot, Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) and Kantor Layanan Departemen Agama. Beside that there are some location with higher total cost and gave higher ATM usage such as ATM�s on location Gajah Mada Plaza, Lokasari Plaza, Galeria Pasar Baru, Kantor Layanan Pasar Baru 1, Kantor Layanan Pasar Baru 2, Departemen Keuangan Ged. L and Departemen Keuangan Ged. A and for ATM location with highest total cost but gave less ATM usage are ATM�s on location Pos Besar, Harco Pasar Baru, Juanda Station, Kantor Layanan Sawah Besar and Metro Atom Pasar Baru.
